These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the provision of services by Anatomy Rehab Doha (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Use of Our Website

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

 

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, attempt to disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

2. Medical Services

All physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and related treatments are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations in Qatar.

 

Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment and professional judgement. Individual outcomes may vary depending on medical history, compliance with rehabilitation plans, and other individual factors.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or website form.

 

We require notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other scheduled patients.

 

Anatomy Rehab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Fees & Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods available at the clinic.

 

Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Any outstanding balances must be settled promptly.

5. Insurance Claims

Anatomy Rehab may provide documentation to support insurance claims. However, coverage and reimbursement are subject to the terms of your individual insurance policy.

 

We are not responsible for denied or delayed insurance claims.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate and complete medical information

  • Following prescribed treatment and rehabilitation plans

  • Informing the therapist of any changes in medical condition

  • Arriving on time for appointments

 

Failure to follow professional advice may affect treatment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality care, Anatomy Rehab shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

 

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Anatomy Rehab unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
